What brands are you guys using?
I have just about everything ready except for shampoo, body wash and lotion.
I’m very sensitive to the point where if the wind blows a certain direction, my pH is off. I have a feeling my daughter might be the same, so I don’t want to buy the wrong things
Also, what is STM? I keep seeing people say it

We used Aquaphor body wash/shampoo for baths for my son (who has very sensitive skin and eczema), and tubby Todd or Aquaphor for lotion.
STM is “second time mom”

@LReardon,
thank you for the reccomendation!
Also, I’m over here sounding out “stem” everytime I see it. I knew what FTM meant right away, I don’t know why STM didn’t click ♀️

@LReardon,
I second the aquaphor baby wash! My kids are VERY sensitive even with them being older now we still use that because regular soaps set off their excema so bad! We use the aquaphor lotion (very Vaseline feeling though) and then a cerave lotion (I think is how it’s spelled) we use that when we just want regular lotion but the only thing that really helps is the Vaseline for us

We use eucerin baby body wash and Cera Ve baby lotion. My son is 2 and I’ve just introduced shampoo and conditioner. I don’t plan on using shampoo and conditioner with this baby until they have enough hair and are active enough that I feel like the eucerin body wash isn’t cutting it. We use honest co shampoo and conditioner for my son but he doesn’t have sensitive skin or anything.

@gmk822,
I just had to change to kids shampoo and conditioner and kids body wash for my 2yr old daughter, I just felt like the baby stuff was not cutting it anymore

We use cetaphil baby wash and lotion and LOVE it. Never had issues with dry skin for our 2yo and the smell is so good. I believe they make scent-free if you don’t do scents.

this post has just reminded me that I’m going to have to wash this baby as well. It’s baby #3 but it’s been 5 years.. and I’ve forgotten basically everything about having a newborn. Guess I better add baby body wash to my list.

I like both hello bello unscented and honest unscented for newborn soap. Cerave and Aquaphor for lotion. Hello bello lavender is my favorite scented shampoo/body wash but we won’t use that until she’s a few months old at least.

Honest or pipette unscented. They are both EWG certified so I always look up my products on there

@20200220,
these are the brands we use as well! We still use honest brand primarily for our 4 year old, including her lotion!

I’ll be using aveeno, I like their lotion for myself so I figured I’ll give them a try! I tried to do anything unscented at much as possible
