Cartier Tank Must, AF vs K11 vs F1 (2024)

I'm looking to get a rep 'Cartier Tank Must Large' and am leaning toward either the AF and F1 factories however not sure which of the two to pull the trigger on, from what I've read on a couple of sources the AF has a better-shaped cabochon crown and centre pinion and F1 has a better movement (and some say better dial printing too?), however, it could be in comparison to older versions.

Does anyone know where I could get info on comparisons between the different factories for the tank Must between AF vs F1 vs K11 for their most recent versions. or even just AF and F1.
Appreciate any help I can get as I very recently got into reps.

I can't really help you with actual Cartier knowledge as this may probably be the only brand of the popular ones that I have truly zero knowledge about, besides Richard Mille.

But allow me to chime in with what I think is something you can generally apply to reps: As you apparently already know, different factory versions of the same watch have their strengths and weaknesses. Instead of chasing something like a "general consensus" on the "better or best version", it often makes more sense to listen to your "inner consensus", meaning that the best version is the one which weaknesses you can best live with and which strengths you most prefer.

But of course for that, it's necessary to get updated and not outdated information on a specific model and factory first, so I'm not trying to discourage you from doing so. It's just that I know from my own experience that chasing a "general consensus" on a factory often does not lead to satisfying result and you are in fact better off simply figuring out on your own what's best for you.
